My poor DEAD neon tetra

Yes, my blue neon tetra which I bought yesterday was brutally murdered by some other fish. I'm not sure which is the culprit, the guppy or the one which stayed alive the longest? I suspect it's the old fish, because it's biggest in size and two fish have died after sharing in a tank with it. If my guppy died again, I'm gonna think of a way to get that old fish quarantined in some other tank and bought half a dozen of blue neon tetra. Maybe not at once, one or two at the beginning, if it really does survive then I'll add some on. Sigh, poor neon tetra, rest in peace.

Anyway, after that I went to Aeon Jusco, Equine Park and have Pizza Hut as lunch with Teo. Got his hair cut, not much difference though, just shorter length. Then off home to watch saw 6 and Gamers.

Saw 6, blood, intestines, organs, which make it a perfect show for me. Too bad the antagonist is not dead, even though he suffered, but I would much prefer he suffered to death. My brother was thinking whether or not to get this movie from me, he find it a bit disturbing to watch it all by himself I think. Well, at least there's some improvement, he never is a guy who's interested in horror or gore flicks, and thanks to me forcing him to watch it with me for all these years, he's immune to all these now.

Gamer, not a great show, by reading through the synopsis, it seems to be a really fascinating story, after watching, me and Teo both understood the deep disappointment Adrian experienced after he walked off from the cinema. It can be a really good movie, without forcefully simplified story line and weird settings. I mean, yes, they're talking about some advance technology that we MAY witness after a decade or so, but without explaining all those things to us, it's seems like a fantasize world than some place which we can relate ourself in in any form, which is the point of the movie, linking our world and what's happening in the movie.

Graduation night is coming, can't wait to meet my course mates. =D

New members to the fish family

Blue Neon Tetra

Fancy Tail Guppy

Yu Ning I'm not talking about you, you're a talking fish which walks with two feet, my new members can only swim in the water and will die when they're brought on ground.

Went to buy Guppy and Blue Neon Tetra today, add up with another don't know what fish I bought from the moral assignment, there're three different fish in the tank. Lol, I wonder what'll happen if they ever fell in love and mate.

My colleagues sort of cursed my fish before I left the shop. She said it's gonna die fast, sigh, so evil. Hopefully they will survive longer and live healthily for some really long time. Anyway, I really do wonder how big can they grow, anyone, any idea? Or they will remain as how they are now?

I am planning to buy a bigger tank and get around 20 different species of fresh water fish in after I reached my target in my bank and have got some extra one out. My parents are not gonna be happy with that, and... I don't think I'll make much effort to change the water in this case. Any easy way? No, I'm not going to hire those professional back to help me to change it, it's not a living room size aquarium.

Ohya, I saw Connie today, more of she saw me today. Too bad I was serving customer so I couldn't talk to her much

One day in Times Square

It should be my first and last day working there. Sigh, how did it happen if you may ask. So last Wednesday Janice called me to ask me whether am I able to help out in Times Square Etude House branch on Thursday. Without a second thought I said yes and yea, there goes my disastrous day.

Why disastrous? Well, one of the girl looks like a doll, and she behaves like one. Very unfriendly, maybe it's the first day or something but apparently someone told me those girls who work at KL area are usually like that, a bit stuck up. I don't know it's true or not but so far from my experience in Times Square, *nod nod* unless you're the customer, if not they're not gonna show u a smile unless their in their best mood. The flow of customer is not as huge as what she claimed as well, so it's like not much customer *boring*, the girl doesn't talk *worse*, they treat you like an extra or just ignore you totally. Great, sooooo great.

After that the best part. I was only able to go for my LUNCH break at 3pm, how good is that huh? So I had to grab my bag and stuff in the storeroom. Apparently, the girl was sitting in the store room resting, she gave me the I don't want to see you face and eventually turned her back. Ahh, kick her ass, such manners, I don't even bother asking about her age, she looks really young, REALLY young. Or maybe she's 18 or something, with a god damn attitude as if she's the best.

Weee, enough ranting, dipping my feet in hot water, ahhhhh, nice.

Language Barrier

So one day a woman from Vietman (assumed by my supervisor) came to our shop and almost drove me nuts. She's speaking English which I can't understand some of the words and she said I'm speaking "cosmetic language" which she can't understand. *Ahem*, well, it's my fault to add in those words like cell rejuvenation and blah, but it's not cosmetic language and I've used the SIMPLEST explanation. The guy who came with her is good in English though, and a curious baby, taking different products asking for the usage.

Okay, so about the woman.. She made me crazy a few times that day, the first time : she was choosing eyebrow pencil.

"May I look at your eyebrow pencil?"
"Sure." *Take a few different testers out*
"Which colour do u think suit me the most?"
"Black and dark brown" *Took both testers out*
*Tried on her skin*
"I bought this one before, but that pencil longer one."
"Miss, this is a tester."
"Yea, but it's shorter than the one I used to use."
"Miss, this is a tester." *Trying my best to keep smiling*
"But..."
Take a new one and a tester out shove in front of her face.
"A TESTER, A NEW PRODUCT." *Did the comparison in front of her trying not to bite.

My colleague almost goes nuts when she witnessed everything, she too runs away from this kind of customer, because they usually can't understand, then they buy, and then they come back the shop and accused us from introducing her a wrong product. Okay, hope this wouldn't happen

Ohya, I hate those customer which doubts everything you say, it's very annoying.

"Miss, is Secret Time better or Moistful better? Which one more moisturizing?" she used the word oily actually
"Secret Time is an anti-wrinkle + moisturisation product which is suitable for mature skin, moistful's purpose is for moisturisation. Secret Time is more moisturizing but Moistful suits your skin more."
"You sure anot? Or you actually don't know."
"I'm sure, miss."
I want to walk off after what she said. If you know better than me take over my job and open a cosmetic shop, why ask when you don't know a thing and doubt us girls there? You don't know how we swallow the whole book and catalogue about skin care product in the first few days. Gahhhhhhhh!

So she left, few hours later she came back and bought moistful product. *Ahem* Don't trust then don't buy.

So I was telling Ah Hean about this when there's no customer, chit chatting at the nail polish counter.

"Oh, I hate that kind of customer also, once there's this customer and I just walked off and stop serving her."

LOL I LOVE AH HEAN!

Janice is going to kill me later if she found out I removed the nail art that she spent one hour doing it for me... Uh.. SHit... how?

OHya, yesterday's experience in times square is disastrous, details later~

Egoistic

So, on the second/third day of work, there's this couple which came in our shop. The girl was choosing nail polish and the guy was giving lots of comments and voicing out his view in a way which would make u think he's trying to say this, "I said this is good, so just buy this and stop choosing, I know best." Well, girls who have dealt with this kind of guy before would know perfectly well how annoying it is when the guy ALWAYS ALWAYS thinks he's right, he knows best, he's the best and the list goes long. EGO! BIG EGO! Everything is about him him him. After around 10 minutes the girl finally done choosing and walked to the counter with two of her choice. Coincidencely, the guy's phone rang at that time and he had no free hand to take out his wallet to help the girlfriend pay. He was giving his girlfriend gestures and half forced her to take out his wallet to pay for it but she refused it and paid on her own. *Ahem* he looked pissed, and I mean the REAL PISSED OFF, like the girl has done something terrible on him by paying with her own cash. Well, guys always complain about high-maintenance girlfriend, yet their stupid ego don't allow the girls to dig out their own cash to pay, how ironic is it?

Ohya, the couple is kind of young, maybe around our age, the girl is pretty, the guy is with normal features but dress smartly, branded stuffs, iphone, talked on phone as if handling big business. Yes, I listen to every sentence he said, if he's not faking it, it IS a big business, so let's assume he's some rich kid which is given the chance to handle the family business which made him a person with greater ego and put himself high and mighty. It's my assumption only but his actions and his way of speech tells it all, the ego part.

After one hour maybe, they came back again, the girl was choosing nail polish again. This time she was looking at some white nail polish.

"Eh, I thought you bought white polish already!"
"No lah, I didn't buy white one."

The guy went ransacking the girl's bag and took a transparent nail polish out, *cough*, guys, it's a top coat, it's not some useless thing if you ever wonder why girls buy transparent nail polish.

"What is this!" With a realllllly rude tone.
"Top coat lah..." A very soft and a little afraid tone
"Uh!" Pissed again, reason? Unknown

So this time, the guy forced his way to pay for the nail polish and stared at the girlfriend real hard when she attempted to pay again. The girlfriend seemed to be afraid of him a lot. Sigh, rude, egoistic, probable of violent behaviour (my colleague deduce this) and a rich ass. Umm.. Wait, isn't this some typical rich kid or something? Yes, not all rich kids behave this way I know, so no offence to rich kids.

I really do wonder how many girls in this modern age can take guys with huge ego when so many girls are capable in so many fields, and some even more capable than most guys? Everyone has ego, girls and guys, but those who ALWAYS think they're right, those who always tie every issue, every happening to themselves, how many of you can take them as friends if not intimate partners? Won't you get tired or sick of listening to them telling you how great they are and the theories they made which seem like some nonsense but so logical to them? And if you told them that, they'll say you can't understand them because you're lower. It's okay to tell things you know and it's also okay to ASK when you don't know rather to assume everything yourself. You're studying now, mistakes you made will only affect yourself, but when you're working, it's not just YOU.

Why do I suddenly feel that I'm pointing finger at someone when this is supposed to be neutral? Everything is hypothetical anyway, no real character presents here, just some normal case.

I have ego, he has ego, she has ego, everyone has it, don't let it get out of control. When people compliments you, said thank you, not constantly blabbing about how good you are.
